2.8.2.3 Frances Mary Eva Barnett

Frances Mary Eva Barnett was the third child and only daughter born to Benjamin Barnett and Selina Harvey. She was born on March 31, 1885 at Naphill, Buckinghamshire.

At the time of the 1891 census Frances was 5 years old and living with her family at Northern Woods, Wooburn, Bucks. Her occupation was given as scholar.

In 1901 Frances was living at Spring Gardens, Bourne End, Wooburn with her mother, Selina. She was 16 years old and no occupation given.

On April 13, 1909, Frances married John Archibald Dulley in Wooburn. They married after the calling of banns. John was 26, a bachelor, jobmaster of Wooburn Green. His father, John Dulley, was a grocer, deceased. Frances was a spinster, 24 of Bourne End. Her father, Benjamin Barnett, was a farmer, deceased. Witnesses were Henry John Walker and Joseph Dulley.

John had come from a family long established in Wooburn. They had been grocers for many years. He was born in Wooburn in 1882, the son of John Dulley and Jane Wingrove. The 1901 census gave John's occupation as grocer. He died in 1941.
