2.1.9 Harriet Barnett

Harriet Barnett was most probably born at Rotherfield Greys, Oxfordshire. She was baptised there on June 12, 1825. She was the fifth daughter and ninth and youngest child of Thomas Barnett and Caroline Bassigny.

At the time of the 1841 census, Harriet was living at Bromsden Farm, Bix, Oxfordshire, with her brothers Thomas and John and her older sister Emily. She was 17 years old.
