2.1.2.6 Kate Barnett

Kate Barnett, the sixth known child of Thomas Barnett and Frances Arnold, was born about 1859 in Kentish Town, London.

At the time of the 1861 census she was living with her parents at 29 Harley Road, Kentish Town and she was aged 2.

In 1881 she was living with her mother and sisters Fanny and Ada at 3 Hargrave Rd, London. She was 22 and her occupation was dressmaker.

Kate married Joseph William Burn, the younger brother of her brother-in-law Henry Edward Burn the husband of her sister Ellen Alice, in 1881.

Kate died in 1887.

Joseph William Burn was the son of John Burn and Harriet his wife. He was born around 1852 at New Cross, London. He was a marine engineer.
